Marie-Josée Dandeneau's artistic achievements are staggered over a 20-years career that involves world tours and appearances on more than 50 albums. She's one of the major figures of the indigenous music community, and she continually shares her success with the collectivity. Tonight, she will be surrounded by the wonderful voices of Suzanne Kennelly, Ariane Jean and Pierre Freyney. She will perform with musicians David Larocque, Jeremy Penner and Cody Iwasiuk.
This last Mardi Jazz night of the year will take place on Daniel-Lavoie terrace (Stella’s patio). The admission is free.
This event is part of a summer festival called Saint-Boniface célèbre, that includes several activities in the French quarter of Winnipeg, from June 21 to 29.
