The Regimental Band of the Royal Winnipeg Rifles are hosting their Winter Concert at Jubilee Place. This year's concert will also feature students from Shaftesbury and Kelvin High Schools, The Pipes and Drums of the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders of Canada, and The Warriors Drum Group of the Royal Winnipeg Rifles.
