The Keyboards in Recital series is back for the fifth time since the first show in 2019.
Winnipeg marimbist Cameron Denby will be sharing the stage with Caroline Bucher, Kiara Nathaniel, and Maggie Koreen. The program will include arrangements and transcriptions of music by Antonio Vivaldi, Louis Moreau Gottschalk, J. S. Bach, Frederico Mompou, and Artie Matthews. We will also be sharing the premiere of a new composition by Kiara Nathaniel.
This program is all about music for keyboards, in this case marimba, vibraphone, and piano. There will be solos, duets, trios, and maybe a quartet if we're lucky!
The concert will be at 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 11th at First Presbyterian Church near Portage and Broadway. Tickets are $15, available at camerondenby.com
