Winnipeg Singers presents Lessons and Carols A Canadian Christmas for Today

Winnipeg Singers celebrates with a live concert and virtual access later in our first concert our 50th season with Yuri Klaz conducting our Manitoba premiere of Lessons and Carols A Canadian Christmas for Today. Often, these lessons and carols inspire us to think in new ways to better our world today, to treat all as equals without discrimination or racism, and to take courage in difficult social times. This Manitoba premiere concert features the Lessons with today’s commentary, authored and narrated by Manitoba’s Muriel Smith, and Canadian Carols and choral works of Canadian composers including Andrew Balfour, Mark Sirett, Steven Chatman, and Winnipeg's Dan Wiebe.
Concert is presented with no intermission. Masking is recommended. Audience is requested to stay in the seating area and to exit promptly after the concert.
